Furniture Donation Pick Up – Charlotte’s Web

Prince George’s County Housing Authority Meet and Lease Program

TESTIMONIALS

One of the most organized, friendliest, competent, and all-around professional moving and hauling companies

“Belatedly, but no less sincerely do I express my deep appreciation for providing an excellent furniture donation pick-up service on May 17. From my initial request for information about this service to follow-up communications and ultimate pickup, you provided courteous and timely responses. As impressive was your hauling team, led by Lawson. They were on time, respectful, and followed CDC COVID mask guidelines. They took special care to wrap the furniture, carry it away and place it on the truck in preparation for its intended use to support the housing needs of persons experiencing homelessness. After using other moving and hauling companies, I find yours to be one of the most organized, friendliest, competent, and all-around professional. You have my highest endorsement in this space..”

The movers were great!

“The pickup happened today and it was a terrific experience. The people who moved the furniture did a great job and they were so professional and helpful. They had to wait for me to get there and I really appreciated that they were so nice about it. Thank you for making this happen. It was a very positive experience and the movers were great. Wishing you all the best!

Absolute pros. Job very well done, sir!

“Thanks for sending a team of genuine professionals to pick up my sofa this afternoon, Bryan. Your gentlemen worked well together, knew exactly what they were doing, wrapped the sofa completely to protect it, and smoothly got it out the door and onto your truck. They handled the “move out” better than the guys who delivered it. Absolute pros. Job very well done, sir! Thanks as well for the receipt for the cash and the sofa.  I hope you get top dollar for it and that, in turn, it enjoys its new home. As you’ll see, that’s high-quality Italian leather and, properly cared for, will last for many more years. It’s obvious that you hire quality people and train them well. Please continue the fine work CWEC is doing for the community. Stay safe.”

Extremely Courteous, Careful, and Helpful.

“Sidney and two other men came to our house this morning and collected the furniture we donated. They were all extremely courteous, careful, and helpful. My husband and I are very grateful to the crew for their superb service. Good luck with your mission. These guys are a tremendous asset.”

Professional, Communicative, and Fair.

“Housing Up is one of the many transitional housing organizations in Washington, DC seeking to make a change in the homeless and low-income community. As part of our mission to provide sustainability and assistance, we encounter many organizations with likeminded visions. Charlotte’s Web Enrichment Center has provided great support to the Rapid Rehousing program of Housing Up. As a case manager, initially introduced to the organization of February 2021, I have been able to furnish over 5 families with free furniture. The president of Charlotte’s Web, Bryan Cooper, has been nothing but professional, communicative, and fair. I highly recommend more likeminded organizations to partner with Charlotte’s Web.

They’re very efficient!

I wanted to let you know that both moving personnel was terrific. We received a heads-up phone call and both men were extremely courteous/nice and very efficient. My wife and I are glad we were able to help the Charlotte’s Web Enrichment Center. Thanks to you and your staff/volunteers for everything you do for the greater community.”

Easter Monday Miracle!

No trips to the zoo or the fun family outings; however, the heart of resurrection remains. So grateful for today’s blessing! Sisters4Sisters, Inc. reached out to help a sister in transition. We secured beautiful furniture and delivered it to a domestic violence survivor and homeless sister experiencing a health crisis. Her clothes were in black plastic bags, and now she has a beautiful bedroom set. PRAISE GOD! Thank you, Brother Bryan Cooper and Charlotte’s Web, for collaborating with care and compassion to women experiencing trauma and transition. THANK YOU FOR KEEPING YOUR WORD AND BRINGING HOPE TO OUR SPECIAL SISTER.
